工厂现有成套制衣设备：平车，包缝车，绷缝车，缲边车，套结车，双针车，人字车，钮门机，钉钮机等配套专机；粘补机、烫整设备齐全。主要设计加工制作的产品有：1梭织类的各种制服，时装和女式西服等（主要为中高档产品）；2针织类的各种休闲类男女童时装款。
